The city will hold a public informational meeting today regarding plans to rehabilitate and reconstruct sewer lines in lower Kuli'ou'ou.

The meeting will begin at 6 p.m. at 'Aina Haina Public Library, 5246 Kalaniana'ole Highway.

Work will take place in roadways and in sewer line easements on private properties. Some work is expected to take place at night, necessitating a noise variance permit.

The meeting will cover the existing sewer system, rehabilitation and construction methods, tentative construction schedule and potential impacts.
