Waipahu man accused of trafficking meth

A 44-year-old Waipahu man was charged tonight with multiple drug offenses.Dino Douglas Dela Cruz was arrested at his Pupuole Place residence at 2:50 p.m. and charged about five hours late with second-degree meth trafficking and four counts of third-degree promotion of a dangerous drug.
Dela Cruz, who has 19 prior convictions, was being held in lieu of $70,000 bail pending an initial appearance tomorrow at District Court.
Wahiawa Crime Reduction Unit officers made the arrest.
