2008 'Environmental Hero' calendars on sale now

Everyday Environmental Hero calendars for 2008 are available free starting Dec. 3 at satellite city halls, city departments, state Department of Transportation, the Building Industry Association Home Building and Remodeling Show in January.The calendars feature photos of every day environmental heroes working to build awareness and changes in behavior to prevent water pollution. In addition, the calendar features an illustration featuring Michael Furuya incorporating the concepts of ahupua'a with storm water management.
