Girl, 11, injured in pedestrian accident by Aiea school

An 11-year-old girl was injured this morning in a pedestrian accident in front of Alvah Scott Elementary School.The girl was transported in serious condition to The Queen's Medical Center, said Bryan Cheplic, spokesman for Honolulu Emergency Services.
Emergency responders at 7:21 a.m. received a report of a pedestrian accident in area fronting 98-1230 Moanalua Road in 'Aiea.
