Man found on Kalanianaole listed in serious condition

A man in his 30s, found lying in the west-bound lanes of Kalaniana'ole Highway just prior to the start of the H-1 Freeway at about 1:35 this morning, was taken to The Queen's Medical Center in serious to critical condition with a head injury, a city Emergency Medical Services supervisor said.Police said the man's injury was not the result of a traffic accident but could not immediately say how the man was injured.
There was speculation initially that the man fell or jumped from a moving vehicle, but that has not been confirmed yet.
