Police investigating Waianae beach attack on truck, 2 men

Police are investigating a beach attack early yesterday in Wai'anae in which a pickup truck was set on fire and two men assaulted.The 5 a.m. incident is being investigated as second-degree arson and third-degree assault.
Two men, both 21, told police they were surrounded by a large group at an unnamed beach park. The group burned the truck, the men said.
Police have made no arrests.
