American Airlines serving Sam Choy's creations in 1st class

Starting today, American Airlines will serve menus dreamed up by Hawai'i celebrity chef Sam Choy to its first-class passengers.Dishes range from Macadamia Nut French Toast for breakfast to Wasabi Salmon and Hibachi Chicken at dinner. White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies will be baked on board.
The meals will be served on Hawai'i routes: Honolulu from Chicago, Los Angeles, San Francisco and Dallas/Fort Worth and return; Kahului from Los Angles and Dallas/Fort Worth and return; Lihue and Kona from Los Angeles and return.
American is the world's largest airline.
