Chopsticks & Wines heads to Tuscany Oct. 10

The Honolulu Japanese Chamber of Commerce's annual Chopsticks & Wine event takes grazers to "Twilight in Tuscany" this year from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. Oct. 10 at the Sheraton Waikiki Hotel. Mill and munch on dishes such as beef Florentine with sauteed spinach in a Chianti sauce from Cassis by Chef Mavro, Asian-style osso buco from Holokai Grill, braised short ribs from Le Bistro and duck confit risotto from Sam Choy's, to name just a few.
