Division II volleyball: BYUH, UH-Hilo win; HPU falls

Noelle Filimoeatu had 19 kills and 17 digs as Brigham Young-Hawai'i beat Grand Canyon, 23-30, 30-19, 30-22, 22-30, 16-14, today in a Pacific West Conference match at Phoenix, Ariz.

Agnes Tuilevuka had 14 kills and 13 digs for BYUH (7-5, 3-1).

Dana Edington led Grand Canyon (3-11, 0-3) with 19 kills.

Elsewhere today:

i Cami Johnson had 22 kills and 11 digs as Dixie State (4-14, 2-2) beat Hawai'i Pacific (6-10, 1-4) in a PacWest match at St. George, Utah. Antje Buskies had 20 kills and 18 digs, and Leslie Schipper added 16 kills and 12 digs for the Sea Warriors.

i Josimara Pinheiro had 14 kills and Fabiane Seben added 10 as Hawai'i-Hilo (10-5) swept Cal State Stanislaus (5-13), 30-23, 30-18, 30-18, in a non-conference match at Turlock, Calif.
