Advertiser Staff

Six King Intermediate School seventh-graders swept the intermediate-grade category in the Celebrate Kane'ohe Poster Competition last month.

Aaron Kane, Kekalani Isogawa and Tyliah Kahauleilio took the top three spots.

In the K-3 category, Tyler Ebisuya of Kane'ohe Elementary took top honors; Jarrett Helm of Kane'ohe Elementary earned first place in the grade 4-6 category.

The contest boasted 462 entries.

The 19 winning posters — including honorable mentions — were framed by Sunshine Galleries and displayed at Windward Community College.
