Kailua software maker gets national recognition

Nobscot Corp., a Kailua-based maker of human resources software, is being spotlighted as one of the top 10 HR products for 2007 as identified by the editors of Human Resource Executive magazine.Nobscot's Mentor Scout Talent Networking Edition was cited by the magazine as a way for companies to facilitate employee communication, collaboration and knowledge sharing.
"All the features that attract Web users to Facebook contribute to making Mentor Scout an innovative tool for talent management, training and retention," the magazine wrote on its Web site.
