909 Kapiolani developer selling retail space

The developer of a new condominium across from the Neal S. Blaisdell Center said it will sell four retail units on the groundfloor of the project.POSEC Hawaii Inc. declined to release prices for the spaces, but said it is competitive with the market for retail space on Kapi'olani Boulevard.
The spaces total about 4,500 square feet and have an adjacent outdoor lanai area.
POSEC completed the building with 227 residential apartments at 909 Kapi'olani in August and has sold more than three-quarters of the units.
