Injured dirt biker reported at Kualoa Ranch

Emergency responders have been sent to Kualoa Ranch in Windward O'ahu in response to a report of an injured dirt biker there.Calls for assistance were received about 11:45 a.m.
A man is reported to be unconscious after falling off a motorcycle there.
