Wilson opens with 68, McLachlin 72 at Texas Open

Kane'ohe native Dean Wilson shot a 2-under-par 68 and was tied for 32nd after the first round of the Valero Texas Open at La Cantera Golf Club in San Antonio.Jesper Parnevik shot a 9-under 61 for a four-stroke lead over 10 players.
Honolulu's Parker McLachlin shot a 72 and was tied at 101.
