Gusting winds to continue through weekend

Gusty trade winds are expected to continue through weekend and into early next week, the National Weather Service said today.

Clouds and showers will favor windward and muaka areas, with strong trade winds blowing some showers leeward from time to time, particularly at night.

Today: Cloudy in the morning then becoming partly sunny. Scattered showers. Highs 77 to 84. East winds 10 to 20 mph. Chance of rain 50 percent.

Tonight: Mostly cloudy with scattered showers. Lows 67 to 75. East winds 10 to 20 mph. Chance of rain 50 percent.

Friday: Mostly sunny with scattered showers. Highs 77 to 84. East winds 10 to 20 mph. Chance of rain 50 percent.
