UH's Weber, Heinemann ousted in Tulsa tournament

University of Hawai'i's Andreas Weber and Sascha Heinemann were eliminated today at the Polo Ralph Lauren All-American Championship tennis tournament at Tulsa, Okla.Weber, ranked No. 28 in the ITA preseason singles rankings beat Jerry Makowski of Texas A&M, 6-4, 6-3, in the first round, then lost to No. 15 Ivan Puchkarov of Oklahoma, 6-2, 6-1, in the second round.
Heinemann, ranked No. 50, lost to No. 88 Dominik Daescu of Oklahoma, 6-3, 7-5, in the first round.
