Surf of 4-6 feet expected along east shores today

Advertiser Staff

The biggest surf today is expected along east-facing shores of O'ahu where wind-driven waves of 4 to 6 feet are likely, according to the National Weather Service.

All other shores can expect surf in the range of 2 feet or less with an occasional bump up to 3 feet along south-facing shores, forecasters said.

No significant swells are expected through Tuesday. However, there will be slightly higher than normal short period trade wind swells through Sunday.
