Mainlander, 77, critically hurt at Hawaii beach

A 77-year-old man visiting from the Mainland was taken to Castle Medical Center with a critical neck injury suffered today while swimming at "Sherwoods" in Waimanalo, police said.The man was taken from the water and attended to by city Emergency Medical Services personnel at about 3:15 p.m.
