Liliha man charged with drug-dealing

A Liliha man was charged yesterday with first-degree promotion of a dangerous drug.Jeffrey William Kleinschmidt, 51, was arrested Thursday in the 1400 block of Queen Emma Street. His bail is $30,000 pending an initial appearance tomorrow at District Court.
Kleinschmidt has 28 prior convictions dating back to 1986, mostly for misdemeanor and petty misdemeanor crimes.
