Teachers conference limits access, parking at Blaisdell

Because of the large number of teachers attending the Hawai'i State Teachers Association conference today, increased traffic is expected this morning from 6:30 to 9 a.m. around the Blaisdell Center.Parking at the Blaisdell will be restricted to event attendees, monthly parkers and City and County monthly parkers. No daily parking is available. Also, no left turns are allowed into any driveway on the property and the Kapi'olani gate will be open at 6 a.m. for easier access to the venue.
