ALOHA 'AINA EARTH DAY — The 32nd Recycling Community Cleanup Project will let residents dispose of bulky items and recyclables 8 a.m.2 p.m. Saturday at Kaimuki High School. Accepting scrap metal, auto parts, lawn mowers, newspapers, cardboard, HI-5 containers, fishing nets and more. For bulky-item curbside pickup, call Steve Uyeno at 527-5587 or Rene Mansho at 306-1876. Proceeds will benefit Kaimuki High School, Mo'ili'ili Community Center and Kapahulu Center.

MANOA WORK TRIP — Remove strawberry guava and other weeds from Manoa Cliffs Trail, 8 a.m.2:30 p.m. Saturday. Bring long pants, sturdy shoes, rain gear, water, lunch, hat, bug repellent, sunscreen.
