Kaiser High School will host a benefit chili cook-off from 5 to 8 p.m. Nov. 2 at the school cafeteria to pay for teacher wish-list items.

Tickets are $5, good for three samples of chili. Additional samples can be purchased for $2 each. Wanted are chili eaters and chili cookers to enter the cook-off.

Entry deadline is Oct. 26; e-mail the school with the name of the chili recipe and include your name and number at kaiserpto@gmail.com. Chili can be entered in one of three categories: faculty/staff, parent/guardian/friend, or student. Volunteers are needed to help sell tickets at the door and to set up and clean up after the event.
