Kalihi stabbing victim identified

A 41-year-old woman who was stabbed to death by a man who killed himself less than a half-hour later has been identified.Chong Suk Waraksa was stabbed multiple times in the chest area and died as a result of her injuries, according to the city office of the Medical Examiner. The manner of death was homicide, according to the office. The 42-year-old Salt Lake man who allegedly stabbed Waraksa then killed himself by ramming his truck into a concrete wall in Salt Lake has not yet been identified.
