MAUI LAND & PINEAPPLE CO.

Robert McNatt will retire as president of Maui Land & Pineapple Co.'s community development division at the end of the year, after more than 11 years with the company.

McNatt directs the company's real estate development projects and oversees entitlement processes, construction, sales and leasing in addition to land management and public utilities.

Ryan ChurchilL, senior vice president of corporate development, will assume McNatt's responsibilities effective Jan. 1. Churchill will retain his current title.

"Bob is a nurturing leader who has always risen to the challenge of serving our entire community. He has been instrumental in our success and he has garnered the respect of colleagues, his staff and fellow community members," said David Cole, ML&P's chairman, president and chief executive officer.

Churchill, a native of Kailua, earned a master's degree in business administration from the University of California-Irvine, and a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from the University of Arizona. He joined ML&P in 2000.
