Centering prayer set for Oct. 20 at Central Union

A morning in silence with Centering Prayer will be held 9-11:30 a.m. Oct. 20 at Central Union Church's parish hall, 1660 S. Beretania St.
A free introductory class is provided for beginners. Books on contemplative practices and the spiritual journey are available.
