Surf rising along northern shores

Surf along north-facing shores will be rising to 4 to 6 feet today, the National Weather Service said, while surf along the rest of the shorelines will be 4 feet at best.Today's surf forecast calls for west- and east-facing shores to see surf 2 to 4 feet and south shores to see surf 2 to 3 feet.
Another small to moderate north swell is expected to arrive in the middle of next week.
