Two men charged in Waianae burglary

Two men were charged last night with second-degree burglary in connection with the theft of a woman's wallet Saturday at a Wai'anae-area mall.Shaun R. Skarban, 20, of Ma'ili, and Lucas Benitez, 18, of Waipahu, made their initial appearances at District Court today. Their bail is $50,000 each.
