BANK OF HAWAII

RONALD CANNOLES and BRIAN ISHIKAWA have been promoted to senior vice president at Bank of Hawaii.

Cannoles also will fill the newly created position of retail and operations manager of the Pacific Islands Division, responsible for the sales, service, operational and compliance functions of retail banking within the division.

Ishikawa has been promoted to senior vice president of the security department of Bank of Hawai'i. He serves as director of corporate security and is responsible for all security programs for the bank.

Four other Bank of Hawaii employees, Robert Poiani, Manoj Samaranayake, Amber Suhas and Ryan Thornton have been promoted to vice president.

Poiani will serve as a senior trust officer on the bank's private client services family wealth team.

Samaranayake will work as a director in the tax department, responsible for managing operations, strategic tax planning and overseeing tax compliance issues for the tax department.

Suhas has been promoted to vice president in the private client services division and will continue as business development officer.

Thornton has been promoted to vice president of insurance services, and will continue to provide risk management consulting services for existing clients and new business development services for commercial insurance clients.

STATE FARM INSURANCE

State Farm Insurance has announced the appointments of agents Brandon Bell, Anita Diniega and Larry Wilsch to the company.
