Blown transformer slows traffic on Dillingham near HCC

Police today closed one east-bound lane of Dillingham Boulevard near Honolulu Community College at 4:03 p.m. due to a blown electrical transformer.Hawaiian Electric Co. spokesman Darren Pai said two customers are without power and repair crews are on the scene.
