Small northwest swell raising surf

Surf along north-facing shores is increasing to 3 to 5 feet today, thanks to a small northwest swell that arrived over night. Another small north-northwest swell will arrive tomorrown night and continue through Thursday, the National Weather Service said, with a moderate north-northwest swell this weekend.Elsewhere today, surf along east shores will be 3 to 4 feet and surf along west and south shores will be 1 to 3 feet.
