Maui company inks West Coast distribution pact

Bioponic Phytoceuticals Inc., a Maui-based maker of natural health and well-being products, said its engaged California-based Active Sales and Marketing to distribute its products in nine western states.Under the agreement, Active Sales will initially distributed six Bioponic products.
"With this agreement, we mark a significant new milestone in carving out an all-important U.S. retail presence beyond the local Hawaiian market," said Steven M. Schorr, Bioponic chairman and chief executive officer, in a press statement.
