Hawaiian Airlines is suing Mesa for $173 million in damages, alleging Ornstein's Mesa used confidential data from Hawaiian in setting up go!

The new airline's entry into the Hawai'i interisland market has been punctuated by incredibly low fares: Mesa launched go! in June 2006 with one-way fares of $39 and has since temporarily lowered its fares to $29, $19, $9 and $1. Hawaiian and Aloha have frequently matched those fares.
