Nominations sought for Hawai'i Business Hall of Fame

Advertiser Staff

Junior Achievement of Hawai'i is seeking nominations of business leaders to be considered for induction into the Hawai'i Business Hall of Fame.

The Hall of Fame was established in 1990 and honors individuals who business innovations, management and civic involvement made a difference in companies and communities in Hawai'i. Those honored also are recognized for the high standards they have set for the state's young people.

The 2008 recipients will be inducted at a ceremony March 5 at the Royal Hawaiian Hotel. Last year's inductees were Dwayne Steele of Grace Pacific, Paul Loo of Morgan Stanley, Joe Nicolai of JN Automotive, and Harold Tanouye of Green Point Nurseries.
