Waikiki man charged with kidnapping, sex assault

A 39-year-old Waikiki man was charged today with kidnapping and three counts of third-degree sex assault.The charges against Yoon Sung Hwang stem from alleged incidents involving a 14-year-old girl and woman, 40, on Sept. 9 and Sept. 20, according to police.
Hwang's bail is $75,000.
He was arrested today at an Ena Road address at 6:35 a.m.
