John Cruz gives free performance tonight in Salt Lake

Musician John Cruz will give a free performance and autograph session this evening at the Salt Lake Shopping Center.The performance, from 5 to 7 p.m., will celebrate the release of his latest album, "One of These Days," and a partnership with Mobi PCS, which lets its customers access ringtones from Cruz's songs.
People who buy the album at Longs Drug Store will receive a coupon for a free "Island Style" ringtone.
Prize giveaways will include a Mobi PCS phone with John Cruz downloads.
The concert is also sponsored by Island 98.5 FM, which will broadcast the event live.
