ZEUS

7-21925

Zeus has the face of a Lab, and the low, stubby body and legs of a basset; he is adorable. He is all black, and was very attentive and responsive during initial exam. Brought in as a stray on Sept. 22, poor Zeus has been diagnosed with heartworm, which is completely treatable by your private vet.

BLAISE

07-22976

Now, here is a good-looking stray cat. Brought in to the shelter on Oct. 4, Blaise is extremely playful and very friendly. He has a sleek black and white coat and pretty eyes.

These animals already may have found homes. The Hawaiian Humane Society and McInerny Dog Park at 2700 Wai'alae Ave. are open weekdays from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., weekends and holidays from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. For directions, special events and to see pets available for adoption, visit www.hawaiianhumane.org or call 946-2187.
