Vegoose: The 3rd annual Vegoose Halloween music and arts festival returns with a Halloween costume party and mega-concert all rolled into one with Rage Against the Machine, Daft Punk, Public Enemy, Ghostface Killah and more. In addition, The Joint at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino and House of Blues at Mandalay Bay will each feature late-night performances beginning Oct. 26 and lasting through the weekend in conjunction with the Vegoose festival. Visitors (in costume, please!) can meet celebrity impersonators and compete for prizes in a costume contest, participate in a fake wedding and peruse unique vendors at the Vegoose market. Haunted Vegas Tours: A two-hour bus tour reveals the spookier side of Sin City with haunting tales about Bugsy Siegal, Liberace, Redd Foxx, Elvis and other Vegas characters.
