Coast Guard rescues man after dinghy sinks

A man whose dinghy sank while he was taking it out to his boat had to be rescued early this morning by the U.S. Coast Guard.The call came in just before midnight of a man in distress in the water in La Mariana off Sand Island Access Road.
The Coast Guard, which is stationed nearby, pulled the man from the water without incident and brought him to his vessel.
