Help young survivors with Christmas Angel project
Advertiser Staff
The Children's Alliance of Hawaii is looking for some elves to help with its annual "Christmas Angel Project."
The Christmas Angel Project is aimed at providing special holiday gifts to sexually abused children and their siblings, specifically families living in poverty.
People can choose one of the angels on display at the Children's Alliance office in Honolulu, which contain items on a child's "wish list." In early November, the Children's Alliance distributes these Angels; those who contribute return gifts for children by Dec. 10 so volunteers may deliver them by Christmas.
To volunteer or contribute, contact Kim Bartenstein, 599-2955 ext. 216 or bartenstein@cahawaii.org.
