Trade winds return to Hawaii

Trade winds have returned to the Hawaiian Islands and should stay with us through the week, the National Weather Service said.Lingering clouds and showers remain over Kauai today, while the rest of the islands will see some clouds and limited showers over the typical windward and mauka areas.
Today: Sunny, with a high near 84. East wind around 16 mph, with gusts as high as 21 mph.
Tonight: Isolated showers before midnight. Partly cloudy, with a low around 72. East wind around 14 mph. Chance of precipitation is 20 percent.
