Best surf still along northern shores

Advertiser Staff

A series of northwest swells will continue to hit the Hawaiian Islands through Monday, but the surf it's bringing is well below advisory levels, the National Weather Service said.

A moderate southwest swell is expected Saturday and continue through Sunday.

Today, surf along northern shores will be decreasing to 4 to 7 feet; east and west shores will see surf 2 to 4 feet and surf along south shores will be 1 to 3 feet.
