Advertiser Staff

The newest Zagat Survey of restaurants lists Alan Wong's as the top Honolulu restaurant for food, followed by La Mer at the Halekulani and Hoku's at the Kahala Hotel & Resort.

The ranking is an update of last year's survey and has been adjusted for major changes at the restaurants, including chef changes, said Tiffany Barbalato, a Zagat spokeswomman. She said surveys for Honolulu are taken every other year, with updates done in years when they aren't taken.
