If you've got a high-definition television and you gobble up food shows, don't miss two new programs on the eclectic MOJO channel (HD1561 on Oceanic Time Warner Cable). New York uber-chef Daniel Bouloud hosts his chef friends and celebs for late-night, after-service dinners on "After Hours" (6 and 9 p.m. Sundays). On the premiere, chef Eric Ripert of New York's fabled Le Bernardin, wowed the crowd with a French-style paella on a pan the size of a tabletop. Right after Boulud's show is "Pressure Cook" with Ralph Pagano ("Hell's Kitchen"), right. The show drops Pagano into a location with no money and he has to use his chef skills to learn the local cuisine and earn airfare home. This week: Iceland.

CASSIS BY CHEF MAVRO SERVES NEW LUNCH ITEMS

Cassis by Chef Mavro executive chef Ben Takahashi has introduced new lunch dishes. Customers wanted quick, less pricey food, and Takahashi delivers with pizzas, pastas, salads, burgers and sandwiches. But of course a burger here isn't just a patty and bun — you get a charbroiled beef disk topped by aged cheddar cheese and a fried green tomato, along with curry-dusted frites. Also on the Wiki Wiki menu ($16.50 including daily soup or green salad): Chicken tzatziki on pita bread, "hulihuli" chicken (it comes fresh off a rotisserie with plum wine sauce) and daily specials such as steamed Chinese-style fish and crisp kurobuta pork shank. Other deals include a Provencal pizza from the brick oven for $12.50 and a $13 roasted vegetable sandwich. Don't miss the housemade breads by 'Ilima Award-winning pastry chef Cherilyn Chun.
