Alexander & Baldwin authorizes dividend

Directors of Alexander & Baldwin Inc. authorized a fourth-quarter dividend of 29 cents per share payable Dec. 6 to shareholders of record as of the close of business Nov. 8.The company's previous two dividends this year also were 29 cents, up from 25 cents for the prior four dividends issued.
