Kauai boy, 4, drowns in pool while attending party

Kaua'i police are investigating an apparent drowning today of a 4-year-old boy in a swimming pool in Kekaha.A county news release said the boy and his family were attending a party at a Kekaha residence. The incident was reported to police at 4:14 p.m.
