Punchbowl on-ramp to H-1 west to be closed tonight

HONOLULU — The state Department of Transportation advises Oahu motorists that the H-1 Freeway west-bound Pali Highway off-ramp and the on-ramp that leads from Punchbowl Street to the west-bound H-1 lanes will be closed from 8 p.m. tonight, Oct. 28, through 2 a.m. on Monday morning, Oct. 29, for light pole repairs.Westbound H-1 motorists seeking to access Pali Highway are advised to use the Vineyard Boulevard off-ramp, proceed four blocks and turn right onto Pali Highway. Motorists seeking to enter the H-1 Freeway westbound are advised to use the next available on-ramp from North School Street. Motorists should also allow for extra travel time.
