House hearing on Superferry today

The House of Representatives' Finance and Transportation committees will hold a public hearing on the recently amended Senate version of a bill (SB1 SD1) to allow the Superferry to sail under news operating conditions while an environmental assessment is being conducted.The House will convene in a floor session at noon to accept the Senate bill and the hearing will begin at 1:30 p.m. in the State Capitol Auditorium in the Chamber Level.
The hearing will be cablecast on Oleleo, public access TV on ch. 53.
