Former Samoa prime minister speaking at UH

The William S. Richardson School of Law will host a special visit by Samoa's head of state, His Highness Tui Atua Tupua Tamasese Efi from 12:45 to 1:45 p.m today at the School of Law. Classroom 2.

Efi will present a lecture entitled "Samoan Jurisprudence and the Samoan Lands and Titles Court" to law students, faculty and invited guests of the UH system, and Samoan community leaders at large, including Cha Thompson. Efi was prime minister twice of Samoa (then Western Samoa) during which he had been an influential voice on issues concerning Samoa and the Pacific region.
