A former commissioner on South Africa's Truth and Reconciliation Commission will speak today and tomorrow at Church of the Crossroads.

Glenda Wildschut was appointed to the commission in 1995 and is known worldwide for her work in human rights and leadership initiatives for under-represented populations, including women. The Truth and Reconciliation Commission was formed in South Africa after the end of apartheid to investigate human rights violations. Wildschut's lecture, "The Pain of Injustice/The Promise of Reconciliation," starts at 7 p.m. on both days.

For more information, call Church of the Crossroads at 949-2220.
