Judge to discuss new court structure on Big Island

Hawaii Intermediate Court of Appeals Chief Judge Mark Recktenwald will discuss the new appellate court structure and other initiatives during today's session with the West Hawaii Bar Association in Kona.Third Circuit Court Chief Judge Ronald Ibarra will discuss recent case assignment changes on the Big Island, and Kona Circuit Judge Elizabeth Strance will cover practice pointers and court rules at the presentation.
The meeting will be in Ibarra's courtroom at 81-940 Halekii St. in Kealakekua from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
